Four meditations each Monday in November at noon to help keep your eating habits mindful. These mindful meditations will:
Allow you to sense your hunger
- Eat to satiate your hunger
- Feel full, not overfull
- Ease off autopilot, mindless eating
You will be guided to listen to your body, ease the stress of the day and week ahead, and cultivate the gift of your senses, allowing for more thoughtful food choices. Classes are held on November 8, 15, and 22 at 12:30 p.m.
