2020 - moving forward


2020 will go down in the history books as the year that turned our lives upside down. The pandemic has changed the way we work, how we go to school, how we socialize, the way we drive, the way we shop, and so much more. Over 200,000 people have died from COVID.


Circle around to mid-2021, and gosh, are we sick and tired of the mask and suddenly realizing we are not going back to the way things were. What hurts is the human divide and shaming we are experiencing now.


One way you can relieve some of the stress and anxiety associated with this indecisiveness is breathwork. Breathing is free and easy and can be done anywhere. Begin by finding a comfy space. Sit and gently close your eyes. Bring awareness and focus to your breath. Notice the cool air go in your nostrils and exhale the warm air out your mouth. Do this several times. Feel yourself move deeper and deeper into a relaxed place. That's it - that is one beautiful breathwork practice. Check out our summer schedule and learn more techniques to help ease stress.
