One of the easiest ways to meditate is through Mindfulness Meditation—a practice of being present, allowing your thoughts to come and go, while gently focusing on your breath. It doesn’t have to be complicated. A few moments of stillness each day can bring clarity, insight, and a deeper sense of awareness.
